Banks used to have Inviolable High Integrity Accounts - nobody allowed to interfere with anybody's, except their own. 

Now, it seems junior members of EU or UK Government can instruct any of them to BREAK THE BANKER'S CODE, which was not to PLAY or INTERFERE with anybody's account.

    I Obviously Noticed I was HIT by the Brain-RFI on 25may1992 (big car crash off M4, Curved off the port side)..... and as a result years later, realised a couple of earlier occasions I had been so "manipulated" but with such un-noticed effect at the time - 

December1970 I think it was, after my RB199 four-second decel to idle calculations surge discovery in Bristol, when I was Brain-RFI stopped from further investigation to Not even Try to find a Cure, and 

30oct1994 afternoon on trying to talk to Roly Beamont, but Brain-RFI stopped with.... a one word description, instead of the explanation I should have discussed with him!

Both of these committed while I was Inside "NATO Secret" Boundaries..... no Faraday Cage, and not inside a Submarine at depth. And stopping me from doing something, as in a blank mind not triggering...... anything.

I cannot escape this thing. The French Resistance were able to smile and talk quietly to the Deutsch Ocupiers in WW2, and 

then explode bombs in the evening - they were Free to think whatever they liked and not be heard..... so not captured beforehand, as is so psychological easy for the Brain-RFI with me!

You must have noticed how Targets are Known by Name and Precisely Attacked by Israel over the years.... the brain-RFI in use, often.
And the huge number of protest deaths in Iran - brain-RFI can cause BOTH sides to Feel Emotional Hate for each other - and thus Kill each other - as you will have surely noticed, it was EXTREME.
JimQ knew Nothing About It until Introduced to it (!!) in that 25may1992 car crash.

Engine men were always kicked out of MoD meetings early (only 20 or 30 minutes often) and always 1st on the agenda. And Nato Secret means "tell nobody what you do" unless necessary for the job to proceed. We were even excluded from the RAF's Tornado Aircraft Range Requirements except for the time spent at max rpm at sea level, so we did what we were told on the engine fan airflow..... and not involved in their aircraft-size design decision, albeit based upon our four design proposals. 

I have been able to infer their bypass ratio choice by my own calculations, by logical comparison since summer 2023, using that four proposals thinking (I was very much involved in that at least, by running my software calculations)!      Not Fan Airflow and Diameter absolutely.... there is no logic or data available to me - Panavia IPR and design knowhow only.

​I was a Leader in my Discipline - why treat me like an idiot, IDIOT? For over 30 years they deadened my brain with their EVIL RFI that THEY did NOT understand, AT ALL! Repeat after Repeat of this or that RFI test...... that accomplished STEM people can easily see as NONSENSE. The IDIOTS were looking for revolution miracles, for that was what Their Christian God did?

There are none so STUPID as those who think they are not Stupid - as these people ARE. Never did they listen to me, such Superior royal IDIOTS, supported by Govt Stupids.

Thus, so have the Security People got it SO WRONG. Remember the News a year or so ago, about it taking three years (or more) to clear somebody into UK Government - THAT IS WHY, for THEIR RFI TRICKS were Nonsense, triggering huge amounts of investigation, for NO FINDINGS!

This is a Sinclair Spectrum Populated PCB, whose Basic, Assembler and Lisp software I, JimQ, so enjoyed from about 1983 for a few years :

The Z80 CPU is Actioned by its :

These groups contain Hardware Functions - that is, the Z80 can be controlled by Software Demands (not shown here) that asks appropriately each time, of the ONE Instruction contained within these. For example, I could load a number into one of the Z80 Registers using this software instruction in Assembler: LD A,7 

which loads the number 7 into the Z80 Register A..... and the next  software instruction might then ADD A,(HL) 

where the 16 bit address HL contains a number, to be added to that in A. And so on. 16 bits can address up to 65,535 data stores, of 8 bits each. An 8 bit store can contain an Integer up to the number 255 (= FF in hexadecimal) including zero of course.

It is the Z80 Hardware Function that produces the requested Output - the software itself CAN DO NOTHING without that Hardware, Designed and Manufactured by Professional Engineers. Different CPU will have different instructions of course.

The Z80 consumes about 0.5 Watts, the Human Brain a total of 40 Watts, for it has Many "Z80's" (or "Intel CORE i5's" or..... the human brain has various different CPU equivalents!) within its huge range of Operations - as you know of Yourself! 

And, just like the Z80, the human brain has hardware functions formed by our Own Embryo/Foetus Genetics, descended from your Predecessors! The male line by Y Chromosomes and the female by X Chromosomes. Thus my daughter, for example, has my Mothers X (I have my Dad's Y and my Mother's X) and one of (cannot tell which, mixed somehow or not!) my Wife's two X's (one from her Father and one from her Mother).

The human brain continues to grow Hardware for many years, established by Genetics again - some say until the age of about 25. 

AND your learning processes throughout Life contribute to Your own set of Software - knowhow, how you do things, how you think, how you investigate deeply or not, what you learn/like learning from investigations, and so on. That software relies upon the hardware for the WAY/HOW it works.

Humans work by driving the brain hardware from the inside - what we do comes from a "want" or a "need" of some sort within, and we are all different - 8 billion of us, but some are very numerate, some Engineers, and some kinetic Car Rally Drivers or Ballet Dancers, some very musical, and some none of these, who tend to be slow car drivers or lawyers.

I have taken Genetics to be the hardware that forms us humans, and I have ignored the dogma that forms some so strongly from birth..... 

The RFI however comes from Outside the brain, and is a selectable frequency which will affect different parts of the brain appropriately - which the VICTIM cannot deter or modify, for that hardware will not change except through disease, surgery, or by the growing young brain! 

I cannot change my foot to look like a hand, and similarly Wernicke will not change either - Wernicke drives language comprehension, while Broca drives speech production, and so on: for the LGN within the optic nerve, the Hypothalamus, Motor and Visual Cortex's etc. None of the brain hardware will change, and certainly not with repeated RFI transmissions - UNLESS Power is turned UP to Destroy those particular Neurons...... Thus, if the low power RFI is exactly repeated, the human brain will exactly reproduce what last happened!

Given my description of the Z80 CPU, it may be possible to understand what that Drone Killer Radio Transmission does (I do not precisely know, for I am not up to date), for it will Drive the CPU (and other electronics) with a frequency and power that breaks it - too power-hot may cause some of the very many electronic transistors within the CPU to "short" as the insulation "melts" : an example diagram below, in one transistor used, C may "short" with B in the diagram below, so that the Function C to E cannot work... my simple way of explaining what might happen. 

Alternatively, the power of the Radio Frequency could Drive the B C E triple into its own miniature hardware Resonance, so destroying its normal function....

Either or both of these effects would fail Control of the Drone, and it would be diverted or crash "far away we hope".

Neuron Action Potential is the rate of transmission of chemicals from one neuron to another : Thus signals are passed along the brains neural network, a term you might have heard applying to some software - Just So! 

It was the Software Engineers who explained to the Brain Surgeons and Neurophysiologists how they thought the brain cascades its information, in similar style to Software's Neural Networks. The rate of chemical molecular transmission, frequency, is equivalent to increasing micro-amps current (and thus perhaps your strength in a given muscle movement - or a mouthed shout!), and can be resonated or exaggerated by Radio Frequency Interference, albeit at different frequencies from those that affect the Z80.

The Government have several satellites in mid height orbit, which house sensitive transceivers - on Earth in England, the Jodrell Bank Centre houses the Lovell Radio Telescope which can both transmit and receive (a transceiver) data to/from Spacecraft billions of miles away, like Voyagers 1 and 2 now outside the Heliosphere. The "dishes" of those in orbit will be much smaller, like in a larger fighter aircraft, and can be precisely aimed at just one brain on Earth or several at once, by the human Controllers selection.

Thus, JimQ has been SELECTED for many years as a Specimen, for the Human Controller to gain one or more PhD presumably? - For the experiments have been many varied and deep. Maybe they thought they could change a numerate kinetic caring person into a wordy snappy bully lacking much thought, like they have been...... but my genetic hardware saved me!! 

I can hear and discuss with normal speech (not heard thro' my ears, but at that location in the brain where the ears Deposit their Sounds for understanding - like at Broca and Wernicke's locations), or I can be triggered "very angry", or I can be made to "want to do something" that I would NOT otherwise do or ever have wanted to do, or the Controller can make me "say something" totally without warning and directly from my mouth (NOT like "repeat what I said" in my brain, moments later), or I can be given PAIN in muscles (sometimes intense) for many seconds, and on several occasions the Transmitter Power has been increased so that some neurons have been destroyed (for example, I can no longer run, for my repeating rapid balance has gone in that context - directly after my long walk around the Isle of Man TT circuit in 1995 - it is like the human Controller monitored my Functions of "how I walked", and knew what to aim at). The Controller is thus able to monitor and modify my brain functions in great detail, as if I was a Sinclair Spectrum computer.

When you see me, am I JimQ or.....  Ralph Reader, or Tomlinson or Blair...... inside my head and actually doing the talking, not me.

I see no purpose here, other than Destruction of a Person. 

If you have no idea who you are talking to behind that face.... whatever they say could be a lie, and certainly cannot be trusted, for the HIDDEN Controller will Probably not care much at all, for THEY cannot be identified without tracing who is using the Source "Wurlitzer" down here on Earth, or on an Aircraft, or even on the International Space Station.

If Frank Whittle had been supported by aircraft manufacturers, the jet engine would have been available sooner. As it was, without such support (why did the RAF not go to them?), Frank had to study Engineering at university AND pass, before anybody would help. Thus 12Aprl1937 was the first Whittle jet engine run. The Lancaster, Halifax, Blenheim, Wellington were so slow that 55,000 aircrew lost their lives in WW2. 

The lesson from September 1940 was that fast fighters could easily pick a slow bomber and shoot it down - so you needed faster bombers A (as Frank wanted) !! 

      But no, the idiot MP, Winston Churchill, and team (over ruling expert pilot Frank Whittle) decided to go for a one off demo aircraft, the E28/39, and then start again with the Meteor (Messerschmidt did not delay with a demo - straight to a fighter which did the demo bit in its initial flying) instead of a Canberra for 1943. The so late 1949 Canberra first flight (note especially,

Patentees in Britain have long been expected by the Government to also manufacture and test their own designs - such a crazy idea that Britain's Official's have still not even recognised, of Frank Whittle's problems. Patents need to be searched by Business to invest, not expect the solo Design Engineer like me (software and logic), to learn how to make and test (you need a big building to test a jet engine) - who can afford the machine tools and the factory, let alone the IPR that a company has, to help think, calculate and launch a project?  

The new Labour Government wants more SME to be launched, but they have so little IPR, that they start way behind the big company with lots of IPR knowledge, and that costs - and sales so delayed too. We need Patentees to be supported by big Company, for the Law is a hugely difficult thing for an Engineer or Scientist to understand - a big company can protect the intrapreneur from all that employment law, business law, taxation law, marketing and sales drives .......and just allow the clever ones to concentrate on their clever "make it work" thinking.

1) Further to Chapter 1, Hypersonic missiles has become all the current NATO scary rage! Design of such was aerothermodynamic completed in the early 1960's by "my" Bristol Siddeley APRG, and it was shown that supersonic combustion (SCRAMJET) would be a benefit to higher thrust, for the potentially huge normal shock loss in the annulus would be eliminated! - but only if a flame could be stabilised without bigger pressure losses in the flame-holder combustion process. 

My 1964/5 BSc supersonic aerodynamics "step loss" project collaboration with Rod Clifford continued here, because his was the Practical discipline, and yes, combustion was him! See book "British Secret Projects". Supersonic combustion is extremely difficult - on Tornado, reheat combustion in the tailpipe starts at an inlet flow airspeed of (only!) about Mach 0.3 (imagine a candle in a 300 mph wind! ....and if at Mach 4 in the combustion duct? wow!!). Hypersonics was dropped in 1966 as far too expensive for Civil Airliners, and "Combat Engines" was formed from APRG Personnel, which eventually became the Turbo Union RB199 for Panavia's Tornado. 

Thus, you can see that I have always worked at the Requirements end of our Bristol engines, but also software made it far easier to understand how the RB199 engine worked, transient behaviours in 1971 too (never before done by calculation on any other engine at all!). The RB199 Vulcan so confirmed in 1973, and then Tornado in 1974, as I expected overall, with practical innovation of hardware tweaks on those initial flight engines, to eradicate a couple of operating problems.....all solved for Flight.

And thus also my annoyance at HS2 Ltd pursuing the Wrong Requirement......high speed was not the Industry requirement, which was for capacity not hugely expensive speed.

2) Further to my book page 188 (fusion power), the plasma dynamics are only sensor observed externally, so the knowledge of the flow inside the "plasma tube" is poor. Imagine air flow along a duct, the walls cause a boundary layer and it is well known that there is higher airspeed in the centre than near the edges (an airspeed profile). What is happening inside a tokamak magnet controlled high temperature plasma? I think we need to seed the plasma with "sparkly" grains, so that visual measurements can be made of the flow speed distribution across the plasma tube insides, for the temperature will melt a metal pressure or speed sensor! From speed can come pressure profiles....(PV = RT in aerodynamics). Then we will know what control mechanism is better/necessary, for currently we only know the outside surface characteristics of the tube, and not the bulk of it. We have to try!

Democracy in Europe is run by politicians who have NO understanding of Business, Engineering, Function, Organisation, Human Genetics, Behaviour, or Other Cultures.....

USA has the advantage of being RUN BY ONE person, with Constraints from Senate and House. Thus decisions are made fairly quickly with the Pentagon? (like Mr Putin consulting his Engineers), without the LONG DRAWN OUT discussions of Feelings (not Tech nor Fact nor Logic) held in UK by (no qualification) "decision makers", called MP and lord!!), and ......

Democracy LIES about Satellite Images - you cannot see barbed wire on satellite images, and a prison is just a building indistinguishable from any other on a satellite image. A large prison camp is merely a satellite image of a large village/small town. Democracy is Lying about what it sees - it is so called Intelligence hype and is so very WRONG. This happened in Iraq when the Intelligence Dept of Democracy said we had to go into and attack Saddam Hussein big time, for he had weapons of mass destruction - a BIG LIE, and more recently by the RAND corporation about the content of satellite images over China's Xinjiang province - lies and hype. I am very concerned that we are attacking China through Iraqi type hype!! And that is giving DEMOCRACY a bad name, not only in China but elsewhere - possibly in Africa and certainly the Far East, where many Nations are joining with China on building a big moon base. We, democracy, are losing the PR war, for we hype too often! And NATO allies must think about how we are going to WORK with China, not hound it for what I am beginning to see are FAKE messages from our own Intelligence Community! I am asking questions about evidence - we have to think more about FAKE NEWS, and thus/how to challenge ALL news for FACTS, not hype.

Democracy

The belief in freedom and equality between people, or a system of Government based on this belief, in which power is either held by elected representatives or directly by the people themselves.

Humanitarian: concerned with or seeking to promote human welfare. It seems to me that this is important no matter what type of Nation we have.

This is a note about the negative aspects of our democracy, not a negative against the whole thing, but it is so wide ranging that I think it affects everything democracy does, triggered by my thought about how Xi Jinping might see us, and whether he would want to be a democracy - in time! Or ever?

I conclude he would not, but we might help ourselves by collaborating with China on many things, like we did on Tornado with Deutschland and Italia. Chinese people will land on the Moon for a short day or two or three before 2030, so they virtually equal our technology, and their STEM qualified people already outnumber us in NATO.

THE UK

I am concerned about our reputation in China. What do we have that Xi Jinping admires?  I find that we are very badly wanting. 

We barrack him about Uigres, forgetting that we slave traded for many years thinking that black people were not human. The British Empire even tried IQ tests on African people which were based upon our military and engineering knowledge of design, with symbol matching and so on. The Africans failed it (because they had not seen such symbols or english before), so were considered not human and were treated like vermin, gathered together in dark caverns in rolling sail-ships across the Atlantic, with the most horrible piles of dung and smell all around them. No wonder so many died on the voyage, but did Britain care – in its democracy? No, it invested even more heavily in the evil trade. Humanitarian? Not at all. Christian? Not at all.

So, consider how best to persuade Xi's people to accept we are OK people. What happened to rid ourselves of the slave trade - what humanitarian values did we adopt and why? It was not DICTATED, so there must have been many voices against it, persuading others in Power. Who were the, now important, people who voiced their concern about the trade? - and how do we treat black people now? And the HORRIBLE statues of slave traders so loved by UK Government that they make it a criminal offence to damage the ...... poo.

OH OH OH DEAR - so, go on, persuade Xi's people that we are as good as his people....... HOW?
